From the minute they walk through the enchanted door, fairy parties can offer a magical time to birthday guests. Planning and carrying out a fairy party is easy to do. It's a party that allows a little girl to live her own little fairy tale through imagination when every aspect of the birthday party from food to the activities revolves around fairy folklore.

Fairy tea party birthday. While a fairy birthday party is a theme to begin with, it can be narrowed even further if desired. For example, the birthday party could be planned around a fairy tea party theme. Another idea would be a theme based on the famous fairy Tinkerbell or themes based on a special kind of fairy such as forest and flower fairies.

Decorations

Mylar balloons.

Mylar balloons.A fairy birthday party is magical to a little girl. Encourage that magic by sprinkling confetti and glitter on the tables. Slightly dim the lights and place a couple of flame-less candles near a fairy centerpiece of Mylar balloons and a fairy wand bouquet made of straws and glittered paper stars. The candles will make the balloons sparkle. Hang paper fairies around the room. Use crepe paper or streamers in pink, silver, white and lavender colors to decorate tables and chairs. For outside parties bubble machines and canopies cad add to a fairy atmosphere.
