Princess Party Favor Ideas

Princess Party Favor Ideas :
A princess birthday party is all about lace, jewelry, frosting and magic. From the cake and decorations to the games and costumes, a princess party is very special for the birthday girl and her guests. Give them something to take home to keep their princess dreams alive long after the clock has struck midnight and the party is over.

Craft Party Favors

Combine an activity and party favors by having the girls make a princess-related craft. Purchase undecorated crowns (paper, foam or ribbon and flower) and allow girls to paint, color or glue to personalize each one. Do the same for magic wands or jewelry boxes. They can even decorate picture frames with jewels, glitter and lace. Then, take a picture of each girl in her princess best and send both picture and frame home.

Princess Party Bag

The popular party bag is easy to transform into the princess theme. Use a standard plastic bag or get more creative--teacups, velvet bags, slippers or jewelry boxes. Fill the container with princess toys such as costume jewelry, bubbles, body glitter, stickers, hair ribbons, lip gloss, ring pops and delicate candies.

Food Favors

Give princesses a tasty treat to take home. Give out large sugar cookies glazed and sprinkled with colored sugar. Pink frosted cupcakes also tempt the princess tummy. Chocolate-dipped strawberries, white-chocolate truffles and gourmet chocolate candies can be packaged in pretty beribboned boxes for princess party favors.

Site Manager - Melanie When it comes to first birthday parties, I'm a true expert in the field! I have three curly-headed little girls and have thrown two of them really great first birthday parties. There's a story behind the missing party...maybe I'll share someday!

I'm a writer/editor in Austin, Texas and in my spare time I loooove throwing parties - just ask my poor husband! Fortunately for me, I have lots of friends who love to come over, hang out, and enjoy the fruits of my party planning labor!
